One of our main purposes is Stewardship; to act as good stewards of the funds realized from the sale of the public utility.
We are reputable stewards of community resources and are committed to being accountable, responsive and transparent. We continually look for the best ways to invest our assets to meet our mission and purpose.
Our endowment funds are pooled with the Toronto Foundation, who currently administer over $843.8 million in endowed assets. In 2024 they saw a 14.6% net return on investments and their annualized five-year net return was 5.5%. Read more about the Toronto Foundation>>
